Sea Level Stories: Wandering the Adriatic Cycle Route

An exploration by bike and on foot along the Adriatic cycle route from San Benedetto del Tronto to Cupra Marittima. A slow mobility route at sea level, which shares the transformations and challenges of the coast: between salt water and river mouths, maritime state property, beach concessions and railway lines. Artists, citizens and activists will travel together to observe the current coastal landscape and imagine its future. Cycling and walking between the sea and the railway, in a fragile and changing border zone, we will explore the opposing forces that shape this area, suspended between common good and private interests. We will show our enthusiasm and our need for alternative forms of mobility, not only for leisure or tourism, but as a real, integrated and sustainable way to move locally.
